10 Hour block of credits to be applied to SMB Advantage consultants, technicians and developers.
Support hours use 1 credit per hour for remote and onsite work.
Trip charges are 1.25 credits
Credits can be applied for Emergency Ticket Upgrade (2 credits fee for same day/24 hour response in addition to support time/credits)
After hours support (outside of Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Central Time) uses 1.5 credits per hour
Web site consultation and programming rates are 1 credit per hour. Same Emergency support requirements apply
Credits expires 6 months after date of purchase
